Traditional Marquees

Romantic/Country Fair Feel
When people think about marquees they often have in mind the swooping lines, high roofs, wooden poles and guy lines of a traditional marquee. It has the look, feel and smell of a summer's day. Ideal perhaps for a romantic wedding on the village green with hay bales and strawberry cream teas.

Wooden King Poles
Poles inside the marquee are a feature of the traditional style marquee. They can be decorated with ribbons and/or flowers.

Space and Grass
A traditional marquee needs a little more space around the edges for a peg line and can only be erected on grass. We hire our traditional marquees from May through to September.

Modern Materials
Nowadays most traditional marquees are made from modern PVC materials with flame retardancy specifications. Canvas roof sections are available.
